Initiation

Here at GLA, we really enjoy having fun with the babies. These are two of my babies at the nursery. Kenson and Marylove are both very happy babies and are also very ticklish. It's never hard to get a smile from them.

Although, we really enjoy playing with the babies, sometimes I think they really enjoy making us laugh! Marylove, the girl on the right in this picture, is the baby who decided to initiate me into GLA. I had only been here for a couple days and was still getting used to how things work around here, when Marylove kindly decided to vomit all over me. I don't mean just a little vomit either. That little girl projectile vomited all over my pants, and covered me so thoroughly with her vomit that I had to go back to the Toddler House to change my pants!

Of course all the other volunteers and nannies thought is was absolutely hilarious and officially welcomed me into GLA. Since that time, Marylove and I have gotten along much better. She hasn't spit up on me since then, and although I've been spit up on by several other babies, none were as bad as Marylove was that first time! Posted by Picasa
